Education Programs
and Outreach

Prime Stage Theatre provides teachers and students with our in-school and outreach programs that help them understand, enjoy, and appreciate literature through the arts. Our Educational programs offers Virtual and Online Programs along with Act 48 Workshops and Resource guides that are accessible through our website. With our mission you can see and “experience” literature as we bring it to life in your classrooms, on stage at the theatre, and globally.

What people are saying ...

"Thank you for the amazing show. We were blown away by the performance. I have seen many plays, and this show ranked highest above all other shows I've ever seen. Phenomenal, all around." — Middle School Teacher

"This program is expertly run, organized, and conducted. My students' PSSA scores improved and could not have asked for a better program for our students and ourselves. Thank you so much!" — High School Teacher

"Prime Stage Theatre can be enjoyed on many levels and by many audiences. And much to their credit, Prime Stage always offers programs and performances for special audiences." — Pittsburgh Quarterly

"I left the theater crying (along with most other adults) ... but also felt uplifted and encouraged that there are still good people in the world and that positive change is possible through kindness, love, and persistence." — OnStage Pittsburgh
